RO/ARO Mains UPPSC Exam 2024

The UPPSC RO ARO Mains exam for the 2023 recruitment (after the cancelled Feb 2024 exam) is scheduled for January 31 and February 1, 2026, with two shifts daily covering General Studies, General Hindi & Drafting, Vocabulary & Grammar, and Hindi Essay, following a recent preliminary exam on July 27, 2025. 

UPPSC RO ARO Mains Exam Schedule:

Day 1: January 31, 2026
Forenoon (9:30 AM - 11:30 AM): Paper 1 - General Studies (Objective)
Afternoon (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM): Paper 2 - General Hindi & Drafting (Subjective & Objective)
Section 1 (Subjective): 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Section 2 (Vocab & Grammar): 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Day 2: February 1, 2026
Forenoon (9:30 AM - 12:30 PM): Hindi Essay
